Corrugated steel roofing sheets, also known as colored profiled roofing sheets, can be understood as a type of "metal roofing tile." They are made of colored coated steel sheets, pressed into various wavy shapes by machine. With advantages such as light weight, high strength, rich colors, and quick installation, they have become a common choice for roofing materials in modern buildings (especially industrial plants and warehouses).

① Lightweight and High Strength: Weighing only 10-14 kg/m², equivalent to 1/30th the weight of a brick wall, it can significantly reduce the structural load on buildings.
Excellent bending and compressive strength, generally requiring no additional beams or columns for support.
② Durability and Corrosion Resistance: The base plate uses hot-dip galvanized or aluminized zinc steel sheets (0.3-0.8mm thick), combined with polyester (PE), silicone-modified polyester (SMP), or fluorocarbon coating (PVDF), providing a corrosion-resistant layer lifespan of 10-30 years.
The fluorocarbon coating offers the best UV resistance and weather resistance, suitable for extreme environments such as coastal areas and high temperatures.
③ Convenient Installation: Modular design supports rapid installation, shortening the construction cycle by more than 40%. The effective width is typically 0.855 meters per sheet. The required quantity needs to be calculated based on the roof type (two-slope or four-slope).
④ Waterproofing and Sealing: The corrugated structure design facilitates drainage. Combined with sealing strips and special nails (4 nails/㎡ recommended), leaks can be effectively prevented.
